Once you have your average time that it takes you to accomplish something, you can set a timer to make sure that (I like to use a Time Timer since I am visual!) you only do that one thing! The best part is you now know how long it will take since you have your average.

I also like to race my timer to see if I can beat my average time! This ends up giving me more time to do something that I love!
